School completes the app catalogue

Using the 9ine Platform, the school logs all deployed apps, data categories, AI flags, and vendor details. Usually done in a single session.

Parents receive a personalised invitation

Each parent gets a secure link to their own Trust portal, scoped to their child's year group and the apps they are exposed to.

Ongoing transparency and consent

As apps change, parents are notified automatically. Consent requests and approvals are handled in the portal, keeping everyone aligned.
