About the Series

AI is becoming part of everyday school life. How it is led will define trust.

This three-part executive webinar series is designed specifically to support school leaders in moving beyond the uncertainty of new technology and towards clear, confident, values-led decision-making.

Rather than focusing on tools or "how to prompt," these 35-minute intensive sessions focus on the "Jobs to Do": identifying the specific legal, ethical, and operational tasks that leaders must delegate or oversee to protect their school's reputation and student safety. Grounded in established safeguarding cultures and data protection frameworks, this series provides a practical, leadership-led approach to integrating AI in a way that is visible, accountable, and aligned with school values.

Why Attend?

Parents and school boards now have an implied expectation that schools are leading the way on AI safety. This series will help you:

  • Meet Rising Parental Expectations: Prepare to confidently answer questions about ethical use, transparency, and residual risk management.
  • Mitigate Safeguarding Risks: Understand how AI increases the scope of online risks and manage privacy, persuasive design, and age-appropriate integration.
  • Establish Governance Frameworks: Learn exactly which AI-related responsibilities need allocating across Academic, Safeguarding, Technology, and Digital leaders.
  • Build Staff and Student Readiness: Identify specific training needs so staff can assess AI limitations and students can develop the digital literacy required to navigate AI-generated content safely.

What people say

“The team at 9ine have been instrumental in supporting us in our journey toward stronger data privacy controls and a better cybersecurity posture. Their materials are thorough, precise, and easy to use, all at the same time. We've benefited greatly, both as an IT team and also as a wider organisation, having access to the 9ine team and their expertise. What really makes a difference is that 9ine understands the nuance of international schools in a way that other out-of-the-box cybersecurity and data privacy consultancies do not. Highly recommended.”

Greg Clinton
American International School Chennai, Director of Technology
“We began to work with 9ine for our Digital Privacy Management. We quickly expanded to their Cybersecurity services due to their professionalism, especially when such a wide range of aspects can benefit from each other. The different teams are always aware of what’s happening, and we benefit significantly, whether at a board level or on a very granular “under the hood” scale.”

Marymount International School Paris, IT Director
“They felt like an extension of our IT support team for the time they were with us and were never judgemental on the approach we take with our systems and security. I’d have no concerns about recommending them (and using their services) again in the future.”
