The 9ine self-assessment tool developed for CIS accredited schools

Linking together the CIS International Accreditation Protocol, domains and criteria, we have created a Self-Assessment Tool for schools to use in evaluating their progress against the protocol for each of the preparatory evaluation, team evaluation and future aspiration stages.

Free services and resources you get through the partnership

By completing the self-assessment, you will:

  • Determine the steps that need to be taken to meet and exceed the accreditation standards related to data protection, cyber security and technology for managing safeguarding / child protection at each phase.
  • Be provided with a unique assessment framework for your school to evaluate itself against the revised protocol standards and criteria for each of the preparatory evaluation, team evaluation and future aspiration stages.
  • Gain access to tools and resources to aid your alignment with accreditation standards and review the latest research statistics on data protection compliance for international schools.
  • Receive direct support from one of 9ine's consultancy team to help answer any questions or concerns.

Strategic leadership workshop on data privacy and cyber security

9ine provides free, virtual leadership training in the areas of data protection & security and systems in education. These are private workshops intended for internal data protection and/or IT teams at individual CIS schools.

Designed for schools who need objective and independent strategic advice these 1 hour free workshops provide clarity, transparency and momentum in tackling these tricky topics.

Paid services and resources you get through the partnership

Pre-requisites for a workshop:

  • Commitment from senior leadership to attend
  • Details on your current accreditation stage and next milestone
  • Three+ delegates, including at least one senior leader
  • Three privacy / cyber objectives to be achieved from the workshop
  • Three privacy / cyber priorities for the next 12 months
  • Completion of the CIS data privacy self-assessment

The workshops can be recorded and used for training purposes by the school.
