We ask all candidates to submit a CV detailing their experience and previous work history. The CVs are reviewed by a member of our team who has knowledge and expertise in the area we are recruiting. You can attach a covering letter, if you wish to do so.

Interview

Our interview process is focused on reviewing your skills and expertise against the role you have applied for. We use real life scenarios as this gives our team the ability to determine your skills in line with our up and coming goals. The interview consists of an assessment and an opportunity to meet current 9ine colleagues to hear about their experience of developing at 9ine. We value both your technical skills but also the softer skills as we want people who fit our people and culture.

Decision

We endeavour to make decisions quickly and without undue delay. As a result we aim to get back to candidates within one working week, and more often within 72 hours. Often it is hard to contain our excitement and we want to bring our staff on board as quickly as possible so hope to hear from us quickly!
